Private tasting and drop-in
We have a diverse selection of cider and juice available for tasting in our ciderhouse. During the summer season (June to late August), we are open for drop-in cider tastings between 10 am and 6 pm. We offer cider flights and individual glasses.
We look forward to welcoming you to our tasting room, where you can experience the unique flavors of our quality products and learn about the history and passion behind Lofthus sideri. We have a minimum of 10 pax on private tastings, to book send an email to booking@sider.no.

The season has started, and the cidery is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
You can also buy cider Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM by calling the number posted on the door. Please note that some waiting time may occur.

Farm Shop
Lofthus sideri has a farm shop for cider and juice along the Queen's Trail. A couple of refrigerators at the end of the Queen's Trail make the experience euphoric after a long hike. Additionally, the cider house has a tasting room for sales and tastings for larger groups.
In an old barn from the 19th century at Eidnes, Lofthus sideri has created a fantastic space with an atmosphere perfect for enjoying a fresh glass in good company. Enjoy the view over the fruit village of Lofthus, or towards Folgefonna Glacier and the Skrikjo waterfall. Here, you can truly find peace and a great atmosphere, perhaps after a long hike or in good company. Our venue creates the perfect ambiance! Welcome!
We have the capacity for cider tastings for groups of up to 45 people and can offer, in addition to tastings (cider and juice), guided tours of the orchard and simple finger food from our kitchen.

Saturday: 09:00 to 18:00
