We’re busy harvesting this year’s apples, soon to become next year’s fresh juice and sparkling cider. It’s a busy time, but also our favorite season — full of crisp air, red apples, and the promise of good flavors to come. Out in the orchard, we look forward to sharing the taste of Hardanger with you again when everything is ready!

We will be closed for a while and want to thank you for this wonderful season! We will be open on a few Saturdays in December for Christmas shopping.
